112VHS was founded in 2022 out of a sincere desire: to help people gain faster and safer access to international-quality medical services.

It all started with a personal experience. A year earlier, my mother had been diagnosed with a brain tumor. In our city, we received no viable solution, and in our country the only option involved an appointment with a waiting time of at least six months. I began searching for alternatives and ended up in Turkey, where we were offered a modern intervention using CyberKnife technology, at a time when classical surgery was not recommended.

I was deeply impressed by the technological level, the professionalism, and the training of the doctors. During the two weeks spent in the hospital, I spoke with five doctors, three of whom had studied in Western Europe and the United States. However, the journey there was not easy – I contacted several medical tourism agencies, spoke with hospital and clinic representatives, analyzed different options, and still left with many uncertainties.

This experience showed me how important it is for patients to have a trustworthy guide. That is why, the following year, I returned to Turkey, this time to meet directly with hospital representatives and negotiate advantageous contracts for patients. The goal was simple: that every patient coming through 112VHS would benefit from real discounts and constant support, easing the natural fear of seeking treatment abroad.

Today, we collaborate only with internationally recognized private emergency hospitals, most of which hold prestigious accreditations such as JCI, JACHO, or ISO. We started from the principle that patient safety comes first and built a system where they can find not only medical solutions but also human support. Moreover, the prices charged by hospitals in Turkey are up to 70% lower than in the U.S. and Western Europe, making access to modern treatments not only possible but also financially sustainable.

Our membership packages are designed so that children up to 12 years old receive free coverage, while those up to 17 benefit from significant discounts, as we understand the considerable effort required of parents accompanying them.

What makes us unique is the way we use resources: the majority of funds are reinvested in training and maintaining a team of well-prepared and fairly compensated medical advisors, while at the same time we constantly work to secure the largest possible direct discounts from partner hospitals. This combination offers our patients not only access to fair prices but also professional and reliable guidance throughout the entire process.
